Recycle It Canada's Drop Off Recycling Center is now open to the public. Our team is trained to handle any household hazardous waste that you bring in. Our drop off location is 12202 Old Yale Road, Surrey BC. You can always call us at (604)587-5865 with any questions.

"Can't I take household chemicals to my local recycler?"

Common household items such as used motor oil, unlabeled containers, toxic cleaning solutions, and many other chemicals are not accepted at your local recycling location due to regulations. We take all chemicals.

Propane Tanks

5 Pound Propane Tank - $15
20 Pound Propane Tank - $20

Fire Extinguishers

4 Pound Tank - $20

Medical Sharps

Medical Sharps - $20 per kilogram

The medical sharps must be in a proper sharps container. The container will be weighed in and disposed of.

Liquid Mercury

$475 Per Kilogram
$25 per Mercury Thermometer

Any container that the liquid mercury is currently will be weighed in and disposed of.

Battery Disposal

$20 Per Kilogram

Additional rates may be required when dealing with car batteries or batteries that are leaking.

Aerosol Cans

$4 Per Aerosol Can

The rate above includes all standard Aerosol can sizes, there may be an additional charge for abnormal can sizes.
